About The Position

As a Runner/Busser team member, you will support daily food and beverage operations and help ensure an exceptional fan experience. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment by greeting fans, expediting food orders, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering service aligned with Cosm’s pillars of hospitality.

The role includes delivering food and beverage orders, assisting with bussing and table resets, supporting kitchen and service staff, maintaining stock levels, and keeping the venue clean and organized. Team members must follow food-handling, sanitation, safety, and alcohol-service requirements; attend scheduled training; stay informed about menu items, promotions, and events; and comply with company policies. Duties may change or be added based on business needs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
• Food handler’s card and state-recognized responsible alcohol certification required.
• Must be of legal age to deliver alcohol in accordance with local and state laws.
• Able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds; occasionally kneel and lift up to 50 pounds; and seldom climb, push, pull, and lift over 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bussing or food delivery experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans warmly and help ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Engage professionally and positively with fans, coworkers, and managers.
• Collaborate across the hospitality team to deliver a one-team experience and uphold Cosm’s service pillars and brand standards.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation.
• Assist with bussing, pre-bussing, and table resets throughout the venue.
• Support kitchen and service staff by completing side work and prep tasks as needed.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in coolers and service stations.
• Ensure items are served according to ticket specifications and fan requests.
• Help ensure seating is prepared at the scheduled time.
• Keep the venue clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Follow safety protocols, including food-handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Minimize china and glass breakage and promptly report incidents.
• Comply with company and state alcohol-service regulations.
• Attend scheduled training sessions on food, bar, and service standards.
• Stay informed about current promotions, menu items, and venue events.
• Follow company policies in the Cosm employee handbook and remain knowledgeable about company products, services, promotions, and recurring events.
