About The Position

The Busser/Runner supports restaurant and bar operations by maintaining clean, ready dining areas and helping deliver food and attentive guest service. The role involves working indoors and outdoors, assisting guests with PopStroke’s mobile ordering app, using technology to manage food pickup and drop-off, and collaborating with team members to provide efficient service. Candidates must be at least 18 years old due to scheduling, operating hours, and compliance considerations.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods.
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
Able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.
Able to safely use a ladder.

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables; refill beverages; and polish silverware.
Assist guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app.
Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner while meeting customer-service, accuracy, and presentation standards.
Use technology accurately to complete food pickup and drop-off service efficiently.
Keep restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms, clean; restock service stations and restrooms.
Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture, and removing trash.
Provide friendly, attentive service and respond promptly to guest requests.
Follow safety and sanitation principles.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, seamless service.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
