About The Position

The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge is seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Food Runner / Busser to join its Food & Beverage team. The role supports a memorable dining experience through prompt, professional food delivery and attentive table and dining-area upkeep. The successful candidate takes initiative, stays busy, works well in a fast-paced environment, and contributes positively to a hardworking, collaborative team. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but a strong attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are emphasized. This position offers the opportunity to work in a private club setting in the Pacific Northwest and to develop within a team focused on accountability, teamwork, personal growth, and hospitality. Team members may have opportunities to grow into serving or bartending roles. Compensation is listed as $17.13–$30.00 per hour. Responsibilities

Deliver food promptly and professionally while ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation.
Support the service team by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables throughout service.
Replace dishes and utensils for the next course.
Remove dirty dishes from tables when guests are finished.
Keep dining areas, service stations, shared workspaces, and all work areas clean and organized.
Anticipate the needs of members, guests, and team members.
Work closely with servers, bartenders, and the culinary team to create a seamless dining experience.
Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency to every shift.
Assist wherever needed to support the team.
