About The Position

The Runner/Busser/Barback supports restaurant and bar service at SunDrop Restaurant in a fast-paced hotel setting. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
• Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.
• Assist servers with guest requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests.
• Verify plate presentation and order accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
• Assist with expo station organization and cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with bar preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods.
