About The Position

Lago is hiring Barbacks/Bussers for Summer 2026, with work starting immediately. The role supports bar and front-of-house staff by maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment and helping provide a positive guest experience. Core duties include cleaning and maintaining the bar area, assisting with drink orders and inventory management, and supporting food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced setting. Nightclub, banquet, and catering experience may be beneficial.

The position includes weekly hourly pay plus nightly tips. Workdays may include any day Monday through Sunday, and typical shifts are 10 AM–6 PM, 2 PM–12 AM, or 6 PM–3 AM. The posting describes the position as full-time or part-time and encourages military-experienced candidates to apply. Applicants do not need a high school diploma/GED or a college diploma.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of barback experience (required).
• Strong cleaning and sanitation skills.
• Experience in food preparation and service.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Customer service skills focused on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle cash register operations and transactions.
• Previous experience in nightclub or banquet settings is beneficial.
• Applicants are not required to have a high school diploma/GED or a college diploma.

Responsibilities

• Bus tables and fill waters.
• Stock the bar and organize storage areas.
• Wash and polish glassware and polish silverware.
• Sweep floors and clean and maintain the bar area.

• Support bar and front-of-house staff and contribute to guest satisfaction.
