About The Position
The Barback / Busser helps maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant, prepares tables between guests, supports bar staff by keeping liquor stocked and inventory maintained, and assists servers with daily tasks. The role also involves promptly cleaning messes and spills and helping with other restaurant duties as needed. The position requires little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work well on a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Comfort with standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare tables between guests.
- Keep the restaurant clean and maintained, including sweeping, dusting, and picking up trash.
- Support bar staff by keeping liquor stocked and inventory maintained.
- Support servers in their daily tasks.
- Clean messes and spills as they occur.
- Help with other restaurant duties as needed.
