About The Position
Busser/Barbacks support Servers and Bartenders by keeping the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing. They assist Bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. They also change kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh. The role emphasizes bringing energy to the guest experience, showing commitment to the food and beer, supporting coworkers, and welcoming variety and diversity.
Responsibilities
- Keep the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Assist Bartenders by clearing the bar top.
- Clean and sanitize barware.
- Restock glassware and plateware.
- Change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh.
- Give guests and each shift a strong effort and contribute to a kind, supportive team environment.
