About The Position
Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a key role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You’ll be responsible for configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in healthcare.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of equipment
- Regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and move about the facility
- Ability to communicate with customers and/or other team members via phone or in person
Nice To Haves
- Experience with RQI products and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic software setup
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety practices
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to set up and manipulate software installations
- Prior experience with RQI Products is preferred
Responsibilities
- Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs
- Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards
- Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD
- Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders
- Support product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed
