About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Route Specialist to cover open routes during vacation and holiday schedules. Route Specialists perform the same functions as Service Sales Representatives but do not have a set customer base. They provide route service to business customers by picking up, cleaning, maintaining, and delivering uniform and facility services products. They also fill in for absent Service Sales Representatives and increase catalog sales by adding products from the Cintas catalog line.

Requirements

• Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 pounds.
• Before the first day of employment, have an active driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, obtain DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Be self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment to meet goals.
• Have a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
