About The Position

Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply is hiring a Route Service Representative to serve customers in and around Central Pennsylvania. The role involves operating a designated route, servicing existing customers, introducing product solutions, and growing the route. Representatives build customer relationships, uphold quality standards, resolve concerns, maintain inventory, conduct audits, identify additional products and services, and negotiate service agreement renewals. The position requires professional and safe work in accordance with driving and vehicle regulations. This is a full-time position with a four-day work week, Monday through Friday, on daytime routes from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with weekends off. Starting pay is $24.35 per hour, paid weekly. Dempsey supplies uniforms and offers paid time off and holidays, insurance coverage, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Be at least 22 years old for vehicle insurance purposes.
Have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
Be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
