About The Position

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who serve a range of customers, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. The manager is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location. The role works closely with the location management team and negotiates customer contract renewals. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Prior customer service experience.
Ability to problem-solve and handle a variety of customer service situations.
Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team.
Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence.
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Individuals driving personal vehicles for business purposes must comply with UniFirst’s minimum auto insurance requirements.
