About The Position

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who serve multiple customers each day, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. The manager is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location. The role involves working closely with customers and the location management team, while supporting team members as they develop in their roles. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Prior customer service experience.
Ability to problem-solve and handle a variety of customer service situations.
Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team.
Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence.
Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Individuals who drive personal vehicles for business purposes must comply with UniFirst’s minimum auto insurance requirements.
