About The Position

PrairieFire Coffee is seeking a customer-focused, self-motivated Route Sales Representative to serve customers in Edmond, Oklahoma, and surrounding communities. The representative delivers coffee and other PrairieFire Coffee products to customers in an assigned area, builds customer relationships through exceptional service, and works to retain and grow the route and its revenue. This is a physically demanding, customer-facing, sales-oriented role with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Compensation is guaranteed at $40,000 annually or commission, whichever is higher. The company provides product and equipment training, team and management support, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Must successfully pass company-required background check, physical, and drug screen; pre-employment testing may also include drug/alcohol screening, motor vehicle record check, and a DOT physical, as applicable.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift at least 30 pounds and bend, kneel, reach overhead, and work in tight spaces.

Nice To Haves

• Prior route sales experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coffee products and make sales at routed customer locations.
• Order products and supervise route inventory.
• Provide phone support and customer supervision or technical support as needed.
• Respond to assigned customer delivery needs.
• Achieve route sales goals approved by the Sales Manager.
