About The Position

ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Route Service & Sales Representative in St. Paul, Minnesota. The representative serves as a daily customer contact, ensures customer needs are met, builds strong customer relationships, and grows sales on an established route. The role delivers customer service and recommends solutions using the company’s environmental and safety products. It also involves driving a 26-foot box truck to deliver products and provide ITU AbsorbTech’s Genuine Service Excellence. The schedule is four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with a weekly overnight route based on business needs. The position does not require weekend or holiday work. Average total compensation is $65,000–$70,000 per year, consisting of hourly wages, route-volume commission, and other sales commission opportunities. ITU AbsorbTech was founded in 1908 and is a family-owned industrial laundry company based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. It operates 15 facilities across the eastern United States and provides reusable uniforms, mops, towels, mats, and environmental services. The company reports recovering more than 200,000 gallons of oil and solvents annually from customers’ used products. It is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 3 years of combined sales and/or customer service experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
