About The Position

Watlow’s 2027 Technical Rotational Program is a full-time, six-month program for recent engineering graduates, offering hands-on experience across roles, functions, business units, and facilities. The program begins in Columbia, Missouri, with rotations across Watlow sites, before participants transition into a permanent full-time engineering role in Columbia. The cohort rotations kick off in June 2027, and participants are expected to be ready for their full-time role by January 2028; the qualifications also state availability to start the program in July 2027. Participants complete three two-month assignments, gaining exposure to different technologies, products, customers, and cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments or technical development centers. Rotations are customized based on projects. Watlow provides relocation, housing, and transportation for each assignment. Participants are paired with a senior engineer for personalized coaching and guidance and contribute to real-world projects and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

Earn a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering field by June 2027.
Be available to start the program in July 2027.
Be willing to relocate to various Watlow facilities for up to six months.
