About The Position

The Greene, Tweed Rotation Engineering Development Program is a two-year technical development program for entry-level engineers. It provides direct experience in several engineering roles across the engineering and operations teams, exposing participants to different product lines, job functions, and business processes. The program prepares participants for a technical placement upon completion. The company is planning a Summer 2027 class. The role requires U.S. Person status, as defined by applicable law, for authorized access to data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree, or regional equivalent, in an engineering discipline.
Basic understanding of engineering practices, design methods, and calculations.
Ability to read, interpret, and prepare applicable technical information, and suggest design or process changes to achieve simple, functional, and cost-effective results.
Strong learning agility and communication skills.
U.S. Person status as defined by applicable law for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

Nice To Haves

Zero to two years of related engineering experience, including internship or co-op experience, is desired.

Responsibilities

Complete four six-month assignments in accordance with departmental managers’ expectations, seeking support and technical direction from the Site Coordinator, mentor, or peers as appropriate.
Provide periodic reports to the Executive Management team on results achieved, business impact, and lessons learned.
Support site continuous-improvement efforts, including completing Lean/Six Sigma training as required by the business.
Attend training periodically based on assignment-plan requirements or soft-skill development needs.
Follow other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties requested by the Supervisor.
