About The Position

The Room Service Attendant delivers food and beverage items to guests at The American Club, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service standards. The role offers the opportunity to develop skills in selling techniques, food and liquor handling, and hotel operations. This is a part-time, onsite position in Kohler, Wisconsin, with shifts between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must obtain a SafeServe certificate upon hire.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Prior serving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage items to guests while ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented according to standards.
• Accommodate guests’ special requests and concerns.
• Maintain working knowledge of serving etiquette, guest relations expectations, guest check procedures, equipment maintenance and use, department and resort offerings, company policies and procedures, safety practices, and department-specific procedures such as amenities, delivery timelines, table retrieval, and hall sweeps.
