Room Service Attendant, The American Club
About The Position
Join the team at The American Club and provide room-service food and beverage delivery while helping ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The role offers the opportunity to develop skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling, and hotel operations. This is a part-time, onsite position in Kohler, Wisconsin, with shifts between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. The hourly pay range is $10.10–$15.20, plus tips or gratuity. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered, with tiered payouts contingent on employment status and hours worked. The specific hourly rate may depend on factors including experience, education, and work location.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must obtain a SafeServe certificate upon hire.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

- Prior serving experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage items to guests while ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- Ensure food and beverages are presented according to standards.
- Accommodate guests’ special requests and concerns.
- Maintain working knowledge of serving etiquette, guest-relations expectations, guest check procedures, equipment maintenance and use, department and resort offerings, company policies and procedures, safety practices, and department-specific procedures such as amenities, delivery timelines, table retrieval, and hall sweeps.
