About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Room Attendant to maintain clean, sanitized, and well-stocked guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company standards. The role includes following hotel safety and security procedures, maintaining knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, and handling guest items left behind according to lost-and-found procedures. The position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Team player.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
