About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is hiring a full-time Room Attendant to help provide a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas to company standards, ensuring rooms are supplied with clean linens and amenities, and following hotel safety and security procedures. The attendant should know the hotel, its services and hours, staff, and nearby surroundings, and must follow established lost-and-found procedures when guest belongings are found. This position is tipped eligible. Compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them according to the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
