About The Position

The Room Attendant (Housekeeper) is at the heart of the guest experience, providing clean, comfortable spaces that make each stay welcoming. This is a part-time position with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required. The role involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand and productivity standards, inspecting rooms, maintaining supplies and work areas, updating room status, following safety and guest-property procedures, and assisting guests and the team as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliability, organization, and a safety-focused approach.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full room cleaning, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Inspect rooms for quality and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
