About The Position

The Housekeeper (Room Attendant) cleans and services assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards, helping provide guests with clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations. The role includes full room cleaning, room quality inspections, reporting maintenance issues, maintaining linens and supplies, updating room status, following safety and key-control procedures, and responding to guest needs.

This position requires physical activity throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Candidates should be reliable, organized, safety-focused, attentive to detail, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full room cleaning, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Inspect rooms for quality and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
