About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers to clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner and in accordance with hotel procedures and standards. The role contributes to guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms are clean and welcoming, responding to guest requests, and reporting room issues that need attention. Housekeepers maintain an orderly, well-stocked linen cart and safeguard their assigned equipment, keys, and supplies. They also report lost and found items to a supervisor. The position requires attention to detail, organization, independent and collaborative work, and the physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment. Scheduling flexibility is required, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.
