About The Position
Concord Hospitality / Marriott Hutchinson Island is hiring a Housekeeper to clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner while following hotel procedures and standards. The role includes keeping a clean, well-stocked linen cart, reporting room areas that need attention, safeguarding issued equipment and supplies, reporting lost-and-found items to a supervisor, and responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
- Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
- Report guest-room areas needing attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, and HVAC.
- Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
- Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
