About The Position

Room Attendants (Housekeepers) deliver clean, comfortable guest rooms that contribute to a welcoming stay. They clean and service assigned rooms to brand and productivity standards, inspect room quality, maintain supplies and workspaces, update room status, follow safety and security procedures, and respond to guest needs. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, reliable, safety-focused, able to manage time and work independently or as part of a team, and have basic communication and guest-service skills. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs., remaining active throughout the shift, and availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full room cleaning, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Inspect rooms for quality and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
