About The Position

Fairfield Inn & Suites in Plymouth, Massachusetts, is hiring full-time and part-time Hotel Room Attendants. Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms for both staying-over guests and guests checking out.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Consistently meet housekeeping department standards.
• Promptly respond to and fulfill guests’ special requests.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels.
• Promptly report maintenance issues to the relevant personnel.
