About The Position

Join the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hotel team in Mansfield, MA as a part-time or full-time Hotel Room Attendant. The position offers room to grow and gain hours during peak season. The management team is willing to work with employees on a schedule that suits both parties.

The role involves cleaning guest areas and back-of-house spaces, providing customer service, maintaining housekeeping standards and supplies, responding to guests’ requests, and reporting maintenance needs. Day shifts are offered, and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas and back-of-house areas.
• Provide great customer service.
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
• Report maintenance items that need attention.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
