About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant for its Fairfield Inn. The Room Attendant cleans and sanitizes guest rooms and public areas to company standards, ensures rooms are supplied with clean linens and guest amenities, and follows hotel safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures. The position also involves maintaining knowledge of the property, hotel services, operating hours, staff, and nearby surroundings.

Schulte Hospitality Group operates more than 200 locations across 38 states and 3 countries, managing properties associated with brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt, as well as independent hotels, boutiques, lifestyle properties, and restaurants.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
• Identify items left behind by guests and report them according to hotel lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
