About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Room Attendant for the Fairfield Inn. The role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas to company standards, preparing rooms with clean linens and supplies, following hotel safety and security procedures, and reporting items guests leave behind. The position also requires knowledge of hotel services, staff, operating hours, property, and surrounding area. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them according to the hotel's lost and found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
