About The Position

The Room Attendant helps create enjoyable and comfortable guest experiences by keeping guest rooms and bathrooms clean, orderly, and stocked to hotel standards. This is an active, high-energy role that involves moving around the hotel and collaborating with a diverse team. The position requires schedule flexibility, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least one month of related experience.
Passion for customer service.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards.
Change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
Restock guest room supplies, including soap, shampoo, and coffee.
Organize the linen closet and restock the cart before the end of each shift to prepare for the next day.
Greet guests encountered during the shift in a friendly manner.
