About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant for the Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport. The role supports the company’s hospitality-focused service culture by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitized, and properly stocked, while helping deliver a positive guest experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding area.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with supplies such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
• Identify guest belongings left behind and report them according to hotel lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
