About The Position

The Room Attendant helps create enjoyable and comfortable guest experiences by maintaining guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards. The role involves cleaning, preparing, and restocking guest rooms, organizing supplies for continued work, and providing friendly service to guests encountered during the shift. This is a high-energy, active position that requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least one month of related experience.
Passion for customer service.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with others in a diverse team dynamic.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards.
Change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
Restock guest room supplies, including soap, shampoo, and coffee.
Organize the linen closet and restock the cart before the shift ends.
Greet guests encountered during the shift with a friendly smile.
