About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant for the Hilton Garden Inn Rockford. The role supports the hotel's service culture by cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas to company standards, preparing rooms with clean linens and supplies, and providing helpful, guest-focused service. The position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding area.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
• Identify items left behind by guests and report them according to hotel lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
