About The Position

The AM Room Attendant at The Beverly Hills Hotel is responsible for servicing assigned guest rooms to luxury-hotel standards. The role requires energy, consistency, creativity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to service excellence. Room Attendants work with other hotel positions and departments to meet guest needs, fulfill special requests, and maintain the quality and organization of the hotel. The position is permanent and full time, with compensation of $32.22 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk continuously.
• Ability to occasionally climb a ladder to heights over 12 feet.

• Ability to use both hands continuously for grasping and fine manipulation.
• Ability to continuously carry 25–35 pounds across flat and uneven surfaces, up and down stairs, and for distances up to 150 feet.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge guests, and provide accurate information about hotel services.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in assigned work areas.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces in accordance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
• Clean guest rooms according to category priority and service assigned rooms.
• Transport and securely position a cart with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens at assigned guest rooms.
• Replace in-room amenities in the correct amounts and locations, and inspect room items and condition.
• Report discrepancies, imperfections, and blemishes to leadership and coordinate with other positions to address them.
• Fulfill guest requests involving linens, amenities, furniture setup, and special occasions.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure coordination and consistency.
