About The Position

The Room Attendant helps provide memorable guest experiences by maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and delivering the light and warmth of hospitality. The role includes cleaning and tidying assigned rooms, replenishing linens and guest amenities, maintaining and transporting a housekeeping supply cart, responding to guest requests, and disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
