About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join its team at the AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore. The Room Attendant cleans and sanitizes guest rooms and public areas to company standards, ensures rooms are supplied with clean linens and guest amenities, follows hotel safety and security procedures, and reports items left behind according to lost and found procedures. The role also requires knowledge of the hotel, its staff and services, service hours, and nearby surroundings. A high school diploma or GED is required. The hiring process may include interviews, a drug screen, background and reference checks, and a potential employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours of operation, and surrounding area.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel's lost and found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
