About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Room Attendant to clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to company standards. The role includes preparing rooms with clean linens, bedding, towels, and guest supplies; following hotel safety and security procedures; maintaining knowledge of hotel services and surroundings; and reporting items left behind through the hotel’s lost-and-found procedures. Other duties may be assigned. This position is tipped eligible.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding area.
Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel’s lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
