About The Position

The Room Attendant cleans and maintains guest rooms, including bathrooms and bedrooms, according to company standards. The role also includes organizing and stocking cleaning carts, organizing linen closets as assigned, completing paperwork accurately and on time, and performing other assigned duties such as cleaning spills or handling special guest requests.

Requirements

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy working as part of a team that provides great experiences for guests.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment, including prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to occasionally stand and walk, and to bend, reach, or carry items as needed.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed.
• Frequent fine motor skills and use of hands and fingers for keyboarding, using a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Visual ability to read computer screens and printed materials, including close visual focus and color differentiation for certain roles.
• Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, and to use a phone and/or headset.
