About The Position
At Days Inn by Wyndham Princeton, we believe every great guest experience starts with a clean, comfortable room. Our housekeeping team plays one of the most important roles in the hotel by ensuring every guest walks into a room they can feel good about. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Frequently bend, reach, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and supplies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily room goals
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person

Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel and Wyndham brand standards
- Make beds, replace linens and towels, and replenish guest room amenities
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean bathrooms and all guest room surfaces
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all safety, security, and cleaning procedures
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Support fellow team members and assist in other areas of the hotel when needed
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
