About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant. The role supports the hotel’s service culture by maintaining clean, sanitized, and properly stocked guest rooms and public areas, while providing an experience that exceeds guest expectations. The Room Attendant follows hotel safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures and maintains knowledge of hotel services, staff, operating hours, and nearby surroundings. This is a full-time, tipped-eligible position. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow all hotel-mandated safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings, such as nearby malls and restaurants.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
