About The Position

High Hotels LTD. is hiring a Room Attendant for its Courtyard by Marriott property at 360 Scotch Road, Ewing, NJ 08628. The position performs routine housekeeping duties to maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and service standards and provide exceptional guest experiences. Duties may take place in different areas of the housekeeping department, including laundry, common-area cleaning, and guest-room cleaning.

The posting describes full-time work as five days per week, with day-shift schedules of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends, or mid-shift schedules of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It also describes a part-time option of three days per week or weekends only, with varying days and shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and shift end times may change based on business needs and occupancy. Weekend shifts receive a $1 per hour premium. The starting rate is $19.06 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to brand standards within the allotted time.
• Vacuum carpets and furniture.
• Clean and dust furniture.
• Clean suite kitchenettes and wash dishes.
• Change bed linens.
• Clean guest-room bathrooms.
• Maintain the linen cart and keep supplies neatly organized.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and protect guest privacy.
• Perform housekeeping duties in areas that may include laundry and common areas.
