About The Position

The Morning Lobby Attendant cleans public areas in the hotel and ensures guest public and back-of-house areas are neat, clean, and supplied with necessary operating supplies according to company and franchise standards. The attendant deep-cleans areas as directed by a supervisor, including floors, rugs, upholstered furniture, draperies, walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. The role also involves transporting trash and waste to the disposal area and helping keep outside grounds and parking lot areas free of trash and debris. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest public and back-of-house areas neat, clean, and supplied with necessary operating supplies in accordance with company and franchise standards.
• Deep-clean areas as directed by the supervisor, including floors, rugs, upholstered furniture, draperies, walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Help keep outside grounds and parking lot areas free of trash and debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code policies.
• Use equipment and materials properly and report potentially unsafe conditions.
