About The Position

The Bistro Attendant provides friendly and efficient service to hotel guests at Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Willoughby. The role includes preparing and serving breakfast items during busy morning shifts and preparing, cooking, and serving lighter food offerings during evening shifts. The attendant also prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, takes guest orders, operates the POS system, and handles payments.

Additional duties include assisting with food preparation and cooking, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, stocking supplies, and keeping the Bistro organized and guest-ready. The attendant may move among cooking, bartending, serving guests, and other Bistro responsibilities to support an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest service.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a food and beverage position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a bartender, cook, Bistro associate, or in food and beverage.
• Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
• Bartending knowledge or experience.
