About The Position

The Bistro Attendant provides friendly and efficient service to hotel guests at the Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Willoughby. The role includes preparing and serving breakfast during busy morning shifts, preparing and serving lighter food offerings during evening shifts, and responsibly preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The attendant takes guest orders, operates the POS system, and handles payments.

The position also assists with food preparation and cooking, maintains kitchen cleanliness, stocks supplies, and keeps the Bistro organized and guest-ready. The attendant may move among cooking, bartending, serving guests, and other Bistro responsibilities to help deliver an excellent guest experience. This is a flexible part-time opportunity requiring availability as needed for mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, reliable, and professional approach with a strong focus on guest service.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a food and beverage position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a bartender, cook, Bistro associate, or in food and beverage.
• Basic cooking and food preparation skills.
• Bartending knowledge or experience.
