About The Position

This role involves cleaning and resetting guest rooms according to property standards, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms. Requirements

• Ability to clean and reset guest rooms following property standards
• Skill in making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels
• Proficiency in dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Capability to clean bathrooms thoroughly
• Experience in replenishing guest amenities
• Responsibility for emptying trash and recycling
• Awareness of safety and sanitation guidelines
• Adherence to lost & found policies
• Ability to sort dirty linens and terry by type
• Skill in operating washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely
• Capability to load/unload machines and monitor chemical levels
• Proficiency in folding, stacking, and organizing clean linens
• Ability to inspect items for stains, tears, or damage
• Experience in treating stains and rewashing items
• Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of the laundry room and equipment

• Ability to deliver clean linens to housekeeping closets or carts

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms following property standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors
• Replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, paper products)
• Empty trash and recycling
• Report maintenance issues (lights, HVAC, plumbing, furniture)
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure lost & found items are handled according to policy
• Sort dirty linens and terry by type
• Operate washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely
• Load/unload machines and monitor chemical levels
• Fold, stack, and organize clean linens
• Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage
