About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic leader for our Raleigh territory to build and manage a high-performing sales team while actively participating in field sales. This player/coach role offers comprehensive support from leadership, recruiters, and back-office staff, with a proven model for branch development and expansion.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
  • Experience in storm environments and your personal sales volume are taken into consideration if you have less than 3 years of industry experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams (Outside of roofing industry is considered!)
  • Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales, along with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
  • A positive mindset and strong work ethic is a must. We are a results-driven culture from the top down.

Nice To Haves

  • Specialty roofing sales experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals)
  • Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, leveraging both retail and insurance-focused sales approaches
  • Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets
  • Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for your team
  • Maintain high standards for client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality roofing solutions
