If you know how to sell roofing, close high-value jobs, build relationships, and lead other salespeople, this is your chance to prove it — and get paid accordingly. This role is built for a top 1% roofing sales professional who wants more than just another sales job. You’ll have the opportunity to sell both insurance and retail roofing work, pursue high-ticket multifamily opportunities, build your own team, and earn additional commission off your team’s sales. Requirements

  • Highest integrity
  • Proven roofing sales experience
  • Xactimate experience
  • Experience building or managing a sales team
  • Strong closing ability and confidence selling high-ticket projects
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and serious about making money
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance and retail roofing projects
  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Pursue multifamily opportunities
  • Work company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities
  • Collaborate with production to ensure jobs are sold and executed properly
