About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking an Outside Sales - Storm Restoration professional for multiple Midwest locations. This is a 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70K–$150K+, with top performers earning $200K+. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals comfortable with door-to-door sales and building their own book of business. Shamrock Roofing & Construction, a Top 40 Roofing Contractor, provides brand, systems, training, and operational support, while the sales professional focuses on prospecting, customer relationships, and project management. This is a high-income sales role for those motivated by uncapped earning potential and the freedom of working their own territory.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation.
  • Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights.
  • Must be able to transport a ladder in your vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined.
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
  • Cell phone required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking.
  • Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage accurately.
  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance claims processes, and Shamrock's services.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, close sales, and collect signed contracts.
  • Manage projects from contract signing through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle to drive referrals and repeat business.
