About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is expanding across the Midwest and South and is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000 - $150,000+ per year, with top performers earning over $200,000. The company provides systems, brand power, and back-end support to help sales representatives close large deals. Veterans are encouraged to apply. This role involves direct-to-door (D2D) sales, with some company leads provided, but self-generation of leads is expected. Roofing sales is a year-round job. The company offers a detailed training program, leadership opportunities, and bonus pay through competitions. Project management opportunities are available within the construction field. An amazing support system is in place to help sales team members succeed.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation (must be able to carry a ladder; company trucks may be available for general use during business hours for those 21+ with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check)
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect Money
• Manage the project from start to finish
