About The Position

Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a Project Manager for Roofing Sales to join their expanding team across the Midwest and South. This is a full-time, 1099 commission-based position with an average earning potential of $70,000-$150,000+, with top performers earning over $200,000+. The company is a Top 40 Roofing Contractor in the United States and offers a supportive work environment, detailed training, leadership opportunities, and bonus incentives. While some company leads are provided, self-generation of leads through door-to-door sales is expected. This is a year-round career opportunity.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, be a go getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you.
• Cell Phone
• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file (for company truck use)

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect Money
• Manage the project from start to finish
